Coquito is Puerto Rican egg nog. It is traditionally enjoyed during the Christmas and New Years holidays. We put a twist on the original Tres Leches ('3 Milks' in English) by using our Coquito egg nog. This cake is made from scratch, soaked in Coquito, and topped with fresh whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. It is so good, you'll need a spoon.
